角钢通常称为角铁，它是一条长钢带，两侧彼此垂直。角钢可以根据结构的不同需要由各种承力构件组成，

角钢主要分为两种：等边角钢和不等角钢。其中，不等边角钢可分为边缘厚度不相等和边缘厚度不相等两种。

等边角钢在两侧都是等角钢，其规格以侧面宽度*侧面宽度*侧面厚度的毫米表示。例如：30 * 30 * 3，表示等边角钢，

其侧面宽度为30mm，侧面厚度为3mm。也可以用模型（数字）表示，其中模型是侧面宽度的厘米数。

可以在角钢模型的前面添加符号“∠”，在模型之后的右上角添加符号“＃”，例如：∠30＃。等边角钢的规格范围为2＃-20＃。
