根据镀锌工艺的不同，热镀锌槽钢可分为热浸锌槽钢和热吹镀锌槽钢，将除锈后的钢件浸入到440~460℃左右熔融的锌液中，

使钢构件表面附着上锌层，进而起到防腐蚀作用。通常情况下，锌层表面形成一层非常薄且致密的氧化锌层，它很难溶于水，

因而对槽钢有一定的保护作用。热镀锌槽钢主要用于建筑（如：玻璃幕墙、电力铁塔、通信电网、水及煤气输送、电线套管、

脚手架、房屋等）、桥梁、运输；工业（如化工设备、石油加工、海洋勘探、金属结构、电力输送、造船等）；

农业（如：喷灌、暧房）、等方面，近几年已大量地被采用。由于热镀锌制品具有外表美观、耐腐蚀性能好等特点，

其应用范围越来越广泛。通过喷铝涂层加防腐蚀涂料进行封闭，可以大大延长涂层的使用寿命，结合理论与实际应用的效果来看，

喷铝或喷锌涂层是较理想的防腐蚀底层。喷铝层与钢铁基体结合强度高，涂层寿命长，具有较好的长期经济效益；喷涂工艺灵活便捷，

适用于长效保护大型且难以维护的钢结构，可现场施工。
