通过冷轧不同的加工方法及冷轧后的表面再加工，可以使不锈钢表面具有不同等级的表面光洁度、纹路和颜色，
成为不锈钢中最被广泛选用的结构品种。不锈钢热轧黑皮带钢经过罩式炉(BAF)、热卷退火酸洗机组(HAPL)、
多辊可逆轧机( CRM)或冷连轧机(TCM)、粗磨机组(CGL)、冷卷退火酸洗机组(CAPL)或光亮退火机组(BAL)、研磨机组(CGL)、
平整机(SPM)或拉矫机组(TLL)和纵切(STL)或重卷(RCL)或横切(CTL)等多个专业化机组完成全部流程。
不锈钢冷轧板的表面加工有2D、2B、No.3、No.4、240、320、No.7、No.8、HL、BA、TR硬态、压花等表面等级。
在冷轧表面基础上可进一步实施电镀、电解抛光、无方向发纹、蚀刻、喷丸、着色、涂层及其组合等多种深加工表面。

leveling machine (SPM) or straightening unit (TLL) and longitudinal cutting (STL) or heavy rolling (RCL) or transverse cutting (CTL).
The surface grades of stainless steel cold rolled plates are 2,2D, 2B, No.3, No.4,240,320,320, No.7, No.8, HL, BA, TR hard state,
embossed.On the basis of cold rolling surface, electroplating, electropolishing, no directional hair pattern, etching, shot blasting,
coloring, coating and its combination can be further implemented.
